Coconut Custard Pie



5 eggs
1 ½ cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 cup coconut
1 purchased pie shell

Mix all ingredients except pie shell in blender. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
